1. Participant Eligibility (Inbound Tourists Only)

This cultural program and its specialized curriculum are designed and offered exclusively for international tourists visiting Japan. We regret that we are unable to accept bookings or participation from Japanese domestic residents or Japanese citizens.

2. Prohibition of Commercial and Competitor Visits

Participation in this session for commercial observation, market research, industry benchmarking, or competitor analysis is strictly prohibited. Any unauthorized recording (photo/video), copying, or commercial exploitation of our original methods, materials, or classroom environment will result in immediate cancellation of your reservation without a refund, immediate removal from the premises, and potential legal action.

3. Sumi Ink & Clothing Damage Policy (Disclaimer)

During the session, we use authentic Japanese black sumi ink, which is highly permanent and extremely difficult to wash out. Please note that we do not provide aprons, arm covers, or other protective wear. Inspiración (-shodobase.com-) and PASION Inc. assume absolutely no liability or responsibility for any damage, permanent staining, or discoloration caused by sumi ink to your clothing, bags, shoes, or any other personal belongings. We strongly recommend wearing dark-colored clothing that you do not mind getting stained.

4. Session Duration & Late Arrivals

Each session is scheduled for approximately 60 minutes and runs strictly on time. If you arrive late, your experience time may be shortened to avoid impacting subsequent bookings. In such cases, no refunds or discounts will be provided.

5. Cancellation & No-Show Policy

No-shows or cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session start time will incur a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the booking price.

By completing your booking and participating in this session, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of the terms, conditions, and disclaimers listed above.
